As a career banker, Frank is passionate about helping business owners prosper through providing access to capital and partnering with them to strategically help grow their businesses. Frank has held executive-level positions with local banks, including as President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of The Nashua Bank, which was established as a community bank to serve the needs of professionals and business owners. Frank has been active in community affairs, serving with The Huntington of Nashua, Nashua Arts Commission, Nashua Rotary Club, Bishop Guertin High School Board of Trustees, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua, and the Boys and Girls Club. He is a graduate of both Leadership Greater Nashua and Leadership New Hampshire. Frank was recognized as the 2007 Business Person of the Year by the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce and by both Business New Hampshire Magazine and the Union Leader as one of New Hampshire's top future business leaders. In 2010, he received the New Hampshire Business Review's Business Excellence Award in Financial Services. Frank and his wife Amy reside in Nashua with their children Ainsley and Frankie.

As Chief Financial Officer of Millyard Bank Bob's day to day responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the bank's accounting and finance function, along with regulatory reporting. He has served in many financial roles during his career, all within the financial services industry. His industry experience ranges from working with mutually held community banks, privately held stock institutions, in addition to commercial banks. Mr. Drouin began his career working as an auditor for Wolf and Company P.C. in Boston MA.
Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Merrimack College and a Master's Degree in Economic Crime Management from Utica College. He is a resident of Southern New Hampshire and volunteers in his local community.

John Udaloy, Jr. started his banking career at the Indian Head Bank of Nashua shortly after graduating from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.
John has been a senior commercial Banker in New Hampshire for over 35 years working with a large and diverse group of community, corporate, and real estate investment clients throughout New Hampshire .
Active in the community he is currently the Treasurer of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, a board member of Havenwood Heritage Heights, a faith based continuing care community, the Salvation Army, and serves on the finance committee for the Concord Family YMCA after stepping down from over 12 years of service on the board.
In addition to many other civic and charitable activities John has completed numerous banking related courses and seminars including the New England School of Banking at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Katharine Face is an experienced banker with a strong background in retail and deposit operations. In her previous role as a Retail Banking Administrator at a NH-based bank, she supported the management of a retail branch system with more than 30 locations across two states. Additionally, Katharine was a founding employee of The Nashua Bank and served as Branch Service Manager, overseeing the retail services.
Katharine is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Greater Nashua. She has volunteered her time at several local organizations and is a former board member of St. Joseph Community Services, the provider of Meals on Wheels/Community Dining throughout Hillsborough County. Katharine enjoys spending time with her family on their horse farm.

Christina Ladue has over 25 years' experience in banking and helping NASHUA based businesses realize their dreams. Christina enjoys spending time with her husband Ken and 2 boys Logan and Luke. Christina enjoys skiing, exercising, eating out, movies and most recently roller skating. Christina is Logan and Luke's biggest fan cheering them on while playing football for the Merrimack Cardinals, Merrimack Youth Basketball, and New Hampshire Tomahawks.
Christina hails from a deep line of entrepreneurs. Christina owned a successful residential and commercial cleaning business C & L cleaning based out of Nashua. Christina's sister owns Giovanni's and her Husband's grandfather used to own Nashua Taxi.

Angela Provencher is Vice President and Director of Corporate Administration, responsible for both employee and shareholder relations. Angela previously held a similar position with the Nashua Bank where she was a founding employee. In addition to her experience in banking, shareholder relations and human resources, Angela most recently served as office manager of a startup property management company, providing financial planning and reporting during a period of expansion and renovation.
Angela previously held positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua and Great American Downtown where she served in administrative roles and assisted with the planning of high-profile community events such as the Winter Holiday Stroll and Taste of Downtown. A graduate of Leadership Greater Nashua in 2011, she volunteers her time at local organizations including the Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains and the Merrimack school district.

Kate's banking career began in small, community banks, where she served most notably with a small group of local bankers in establishing a de novo community bank in 2006. Kate's experience ranges from retail administration to audit, security, and compliance, and all operational areas in between. Most recently, Kate has been part of the corporate and nonprofit worlds, using her experiences, proven skills, and entrepreneurial spirit to help effectively grow organizations through operational structures, creative processes, and increased efficiencies. Kate graduated from Franklin Pierce University magna cum laude with a BS in Financial Management. She and her family live in southern New Hampshire where they enjoy their abundant natural resources for ski touring, alpine racing, summer water sports, gardening and (when able) some international travel to be with family abroad.
