Aaron Gill began his banking career in 2009 with a NH-based community bank. He has held several positions in commercial lending, primarily in credit analysis and portfolio management roles. At a prior $1.3B bank, Aaron helped build a new commercial underwriting department, including policy refinement and loan origination system configuration. He earned his Credit Risk Certified designation from the Risk Management Association in 2015. At Millyard, Aaron’s role as Director of Credit Administration is focused in credit risk management, portfolio management, and loan servicing, though he also serves as the Bank’s Compliance Officer and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer.
Aaron is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Greater Manchester. He has volunteered his time with several local organizations including serving on the Boards of the Piscataquog Land Conservancy, the Well School, and the Deering Association. In Deering, he was twice elected Selectman, and served on the Conservation Commission and the Heritage Commission.
Aaron is an avid traveler, photographer, and drummer. He holds an MS in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, and resides in Mont Vernon, New Hampshire with his husband, Rob Girard.
