Heather Leach is Senior Vice President and Senior Lender, leading the Commercial Banking team. She believes that personalized solutions and local decision making are powerful tools that allow Millyard Bank to help local business owners achieve success.  Heather has been a commercial lender in the southern New Hampshire market for over 30 years. She has served the local community through her work with the Greater Merrimack Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, SHARE Outreach, Milford Thrives, Souhegan Valley Dollars for Scholars, Milford Downtown Ongoing Improvement Team, Boys and Girls Club of Souhegan Valley, and the Milford High School Applied Technology Center Program Advisory Committee. Heather was recognized as the Business Leader of the Year by the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2012. Granite State Development Corporation recognized her as lender of the year in the SBA 504 Loan Program.  She is a graduate of Indiana University and holds an M.B.A. from Ball State University.  Heather and her husband, Tim, are residents of Milford, New Hampshire.
